Apparently all aircraft will be able to fly again immediately. A Solution has been found to the huge plume of ash which is coming from the Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland. Initially it was thought that disruption to air travel this was the work of terrorism but apparently not … there’s not that much oil in Iceland. Aircraft designers have being working on the new solution to this “King Size” problem.
The following solution will stop ash going into the engines – however it may cause some extra buildups of ash to occur in the atmosphere.

The spectacular new Bridge over the River Suir in Waterford has been taking shape over the past year – it is probably one of the most photographed images in the area at present. The bridge should be completed and open to traffic this year (probably by October 2009) according to Waterford City Council. The project is ahead of schedule and was set for September 2010.

New Bridge over the River Suir in Waterford
The bridge is 110 meters high at its highest point and has 76 cable stays. The full bridge span will be completely across the river by August. Once completed, it will be the biggest cable stay bridge in the Republic of Ireland and the second largest on the island of Ireland.
The one thing I am looking forward to is the new road from Newrath to Kilkenny which will ease the journey on that road, bypassing Mullinavat and Ballyhale.
