When you see Celebrating Queen, you will not only experience an amazing stage show but will be smacked in the ears with a wall of sound, featuring the finest studio-quality recreations of their hits and deep album cuts. That wall of sound is constructed with the finest vocals featuring JJ and CJ Midnight and a rock band including lead guitarist Chris Gordon, bassists Greg Benton & Denes Luko, Drummers Santiago Luna and Zoltan Luko, and myself on keyboards / musical direction coming at you with a full head of steam!

The show tributes the Queen songs, the hits, that sparkle throughout time, and plays Bohemian Rhapsody – FULL VOCALS LIVE!
You will also hear We Are The Champions, Another One Bites The Dust, Fat Bottomed Girls, Killer Queen, Your My Best Friend, Somebody To Love, and deep album cuts like Death On Two Legs, and The March Of The Black Queen. All in All – 2 Hours Of Rock ‘n’ Awe!

Celebrating Queen recently played to 950 fans at DSU in St. George Utah and the reception was wild. A wonderful performance in a wonderful venue. They have also thrilled Festival Goers in Florida and Texas during 2022.

The band also has a smaller show called “Freddie Songs of a Legend” which is a 3-man show, a more intimate performance of the Queen Material which was actually designed with smaller venues in mind. This smaller show has songs like Doing All Right, Nevermore, Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy, My Melancholy Blues, and These Are the Days of Our Lives, all performed with a focus on the amazing songwriting and performance that Freddie could deliver.

Bohemian Queen – US Based Queen Tribute Band

Bohemian Queen USA is a Queen tribute band from the USA featuring lead vocalist Paulie Zablidowsky as the amazing Freddie Mercury. The rest of the band is made up of musicians at the top of their game. On Drums/vocals, there is Glenn Jost, on keys Victor Bender, on Guitar Steve Zukowsky, and on bass/vocals Aaron Samson.

The Bohemian Queen Set List includes all the hits including Tie Your Mother Down, Don’t Stop Me Now, Keep Yourself Alive, Bohemian Rhapsody and We Are the Champions, as well as some songs other bands don’t do such as Keep Yourself Alive and Stone Cold Crazy.

Their website, see the link below, has a teaser video that gives you a feel for what the band is all about. Interesting to see the Freddie costume with the pleated wings showing up at the start of the vide – cool addition.  There are also a few (what look like) ‘lockdown-videos’, where the band is in different locations but recorded some Queen tracks at the same time … we all had to do that in 2020/2021! Those are worth taking a look at also as you get to see Bohemian Queen performing some key Queen tracks like The Show Must go on and Keep Yourself Alive. The website also hosts some photos of the band and also the setlist which is indicative of what you can expect when you see them perform. At the end of the page you can see a very nice thank you to this site, as I was proud to be the first site to link to Bohemian Queen’s website. (NOTE: their website seems to be consistently changing so please bookmark it and return regularly for their updates and don’t forget to follow them on social media)

Xtreme Queen – Queen Tribute Band from the USA

The Xtreme Queen Tribute band promise you a high-energy Queen experience. Xtreme Queen tribute are based in New York and they are seasoned musicians and talented singers. The experience is like a real Queen show with their front-man, S Thomas, as Freddie Mercury, he replicates all the signature moves, charisma, and energy of Freddie Mercury himself. The band thrill and excite the audience with the best guitar solos, amazing Queen riffs and the best music Queen has to offer. They even do the full 22 minutes of the Queen Live Aid set from July 1985.

Some of the songs which the band perform include We are the Champions, Radio Ga Ga, Bohemian Rhapsody, and many others.

The website link is below and is has been updated recently too – so ifyou have not seen the new site please check it out. The previous site was  hosted within the main site of the company who provides the tribute acts but they now have a brand new domain name for the Queen Tribute. There is a video of the band performing but in the first video you cannot hear them as the background is all ‘actual’ Queen studio based tracks, but if you scroll down you can see the band actually performing in the second video. There is also a photo gallery, extended of course, showing the band in all their glory. The Band section outlines the members of the band and there is some text detailing the band itself. They say that they are the only band to perform Live Aid as part of their set but I actually know of another band who does this but that’s just an aside. One the website you can also buy tickets to their shows – however at the time of this review, the shows were all 2021 and had been already performed. There is also a News section but because this is the brand new Xtreme Queen site, there isn’t too much there yet.
