Killer Rhapsody Tribute Band is a UK based Queen Tribute Band who perform a show called the Queen Experience. This show is performed with the energy and passion of one of the world’s biggest bands, Queen. Killer Rhapsody / the Queen Experience have many years experience of high-end live performance in the UK and across Europe. Killer Rhapsody brings the theatre of a Queen performance to Queen fans and also those discovering the magic of Queen today.

On their website you can find information on Tour Dates and links to areas where you can purchase tickets to their shows. You can also find a photo gallery, a video gallery with 8 great videos for you to enjoy. There is a nice variety in the choice of songs in the video section and some great on-stage video of the band for you to enjoy. The Supreme Queen Tribute act aims​ to recreate the real Queen live experience a real tribute to Queen with all the authenticity and uniqueness of what epitomises​ the Queen Legacy. UK Queen as the clever name implies is a​ UK-based Queen Tribute Band. The Tribute band was formed out of the band members love of reproducing the amazing sound of Queen’s Greatest Hits​. The website is very well designed and has information on tour dates and also on how to book the band. The website also has information on the band setup, there is the 4-piece band but for the more intimate venues they also perform a very special ‘Freddie’ and ‘Brian’ accompanied by backing tracks as well as a Live vocal and piano performance from ‘Freddie’ accompanied by backing tracks. Suitable for small functions & venues where space is at a premium.

Killer Queen – UK Queen Tribute Band

Killer Queen is a UK Queen Tribute Band, based in London. Killer Queen, not to be confused with some German and Italian bands of the same name, are the only tribute to have sold out the same arenas as Queen. The Killer Queen Tribute band are also the longest established tribute to Queen.

The Killer Queen website has some great information on the band. There is a gallery with really great concert shots of the band in action. The video gallery has a 7 minute video promoting the band. There have been some great reviews of the band in the press, including reviews from The Daily Mail, BBC and The People newspaper. If you want to catch Killer Queen on their Tours, the Tickets section allows you to find out where the band are playing close to you. Finally on the website there is a news section, contact section and links to the bands social media channels on the bottom of the site.

QEII – The Very Best of Queen: UK Queen Tribute Band

QEII , the very best of Queen, is a UK tribute Band and one of the most popular. On their show sites, QEII say that they “aim to celebrate the wealth of talent that came together in Queen. By recreating, with breathtaking accuracy, the style and excitement of a LIVE Queen concert, which sadly, will never again be seen.“

The QEII website seems to be only a holding page so there is not much to tell, but keep their website bookmarked. Also, I’m not sure if the band are still operating due to the fact that the QEII domain names are up for sale. If you have any further information on this please do let us know

QEII Queen Tribute – Update as of 10th May 2021

On the 10th May 2021 we woke to the news that Mark ‘Tommo’ Thompson, a founder member of QEII, passed away suddenly at the age of 61.
Mark was the original lead singer of QEII and was also a skilled mould maker in the pottery industry.

Mark died in his sleep on April 17th after suffering through a series of health problems over the past 12 months.

QEII played 10 summer seasons in Blackpool at the Pleasure Beach and the North Pier and performed at a number of music festivals. They also played across Europe and their biggest gig, supporting Paul Young in the Netherlands, saw them play to 20,000 people.

Mark eventually decided to leave the QEII band in order to spend more time with his family and to concentrate more on his business.

May he rest in peace.

 

Pure Queen Tribute Band

Pure Queen a tribute to Queen & Freddie Mercury has been entertaining Queen fans and music lovers with a breathtaking tribute to Freddie Mercury and Queen for many years. A few years ago this band was called Pure Magic – so there must have been a rebranding there.

On the Pure Queen website, you can find, information about the band, a gallery with photos, and also a video section where you can see the tribute band performing in full flow on stage. There is also a song list, so even before you go to their Queen tribute gig, you can know which types of Queen songs they will be performing. There are also links to their social media channels, information on PR and publicity, and an area where you can contact the band directly.

Pure Queen (I’m nearly sure they were called Pure Magic at one stage) is actually working with some big brands in the entertainment scene including Luminar leisure, First Choice, Thompson, Park Resorts, Best Western, Marriot, Hilton & De-vere hotels and many more – so they must be good.

Mercury Queen Tribute band

Mercury Queen Tribute band is running over 20 years and is an award winning tribute band and have been noted as being one of the world’s most authentic tribute bands to Freddie Mercury and Queen. they have toured all over Europe and the Middle East. Their stage show is very much choreographed with great costumes, a fantastic production, great lighting and drafting staging.

The band features Joseph Lee Jackson as ‘Freddie’, together and the stylings of Brian May with guitar work from Glenn Scrimshaw.
