Simply Queen – Canadian Queen Tribute Band

Simply Queen is a Canadian Queen Tribute Band who performs all the Greatest Hits of Queen. They faithfully recreate the grand scope of the amazing Queen’s live shows, both musically and visually. Simply Queen pay a lot of attention to detail to ensure they capture the amazing live Queen experience that filled stadiums around the world.

The band is fronted by Freddie Mercury impersonator, Rick Rock who not only performs vocals but also piano & guitar. CC Lambrick is on guitar, keys and vocals, Mitch Taylor is on bass/vocals & Phil Charrette is the Roger of the band on drums/vocals.

In July 2021 when updating the Tribute Band section, I noticed that they updated the bands website. Now I have included a new website address below which you should make note of. The website for SimplyQueen Queen Tribute is very nice indeed. There is information about the band, a gallery and a selection of videos of Simply Queen in action. There is a colour coded list of upcoming shows, in Canada, USA and other location, but a nice touch is that they have a list of all their previous shows too. The website also has some images of Queen fans, some press media links and also an indicative setlist for the tribute show. If you are wanting to book the band, there is a tech rider and contact details also available on the website. I had a look at the videos on the video section and they really get the crowd going, plus, there are lots of deep Queen cuts including Dragon Attack and Fight from the Inside (one which very few Queen Tribute Bands actually perform).
