Queer – Swedish Queen Tribute Band

The Queer Queen Tribute Band started in 1999 and entertains Queen Fans in the Nordic Region in the Nordic region. The Queer Queen tribute band started way back in 1999 in Sweden. Over the subsequent years, this amazing Queen Tribute band has performed over 150 gigs, all centered arount the Nordic countries.

In 2006, Queer Rock Classics won an amazing and prestigious title, winning the “Battle of the Tribute Bands” in the final at the Sweden Rock Festival under the vocals of Ola Ek who retired from the role of Freddie Mercury in 2014. Since 2016, Queer tribute has been performing on stage with the sublime freddie-esque vocal stylings of Per Jonsson in the lead singer role.
